The YAYA FSP program provides intensive mental wellness and supportive services to youth and young adults struggling with mental health challenges and who are:
-
- Aging out of the Child & Youth Mental Health System
- In the Juvenile Justice System
- Aging out of the Social Services System
- Those who have a combination of severe mental health challenges and substance use disorder
- At risk or have already been removed from the home
- Those who are experiencing either homelessness or at risk of being homeless
In addition to traditional mental health services, individuals are provided with supportive services or linkages to agencies in order to meet their individual needs. These include but not limited to:

- Employment & Vocational Training
- Financial Aid Services
- Socialization Activities
- Housing and Independent Living Assistance
- Referral to Substance Use Disorder Treatment
